All other charges are the responsibility of the passenger. Passengers are responsible for meeting all passport, visa and entry requirements for Australia if required

The promoter of this competition is Duco Events Pty Limited, in association with Volvo Car Australia Pty Limited. The promoter of the show in Sydney is Live Nation Australia. Live Nation accepts no responsibility for costs incurred by passengers in connection with event cancellation, postponement or rescheduling.

All travel is subject to the airlines Conditions of Carriage.

Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over at the time of travel (December 5, 2025) except employees of Duco Events, Volvo Cars and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the competition.

To enter the competition, participants must complete the sign-up form at SYTHONY.COM/VOLVO during the specified competition period.

The promotion will start: Tuesday 11th November, 12pm and the promotion will end: Wednesday 26 November 2025 5pm.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by a phone call and email by Friday 28 November 2025 and will have 24 hours to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does respond within the 24 hours, another winner will be chosen.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

SYNTHONY reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Personal data provided for the competition will be used in accordance with Duco Events’ and Volvo Car Australia Pty Limited privacy policies.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
