The promotion commences at 00:01 BST on Wednesday 2 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Tuesday 15 September 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
Qualifying purchases made outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible for entry.
Winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries following the close of the Promotional Period.
There are two prize draws:
One winner will be selected from all qualifying transactions for the SYNTHONY London show at OVO Arena Wembley on Sunday 1 November 2026.
Five winners will be selected from all qualifying transactions across the 22 eligible SYNTHONY Europe 2026 shows listed in Schedule 1 below.
A qualifying transaction for the London show will also be eligible for the Europe Tour Prize Draw. An entrant may, however, win a maximum of one prize across the promotion.
The draws will take place on Wednesday 16 September 2026.
SYNTHONY and/or its authorised ticketing provider will use the purchase information associated with each qualifying transaction to identify and contact the selected winners.
Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner using the contact details associated with their ticket purchase.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is unable to accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible by Friday 18 September 2026, their prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
A total of six VIP prizes for two people are available.

Prizes apply only to the SYNTHONY show associated with the winner’s qualifying transaction and cannot be transferred to another SYNTHONY show or date.
Unless expressly stated above, each winner is responsible for all other costs associated with accepting and using the prize, including transport to and from the event, accommodation, meals, spending money, insurance and any other incidental expenses.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and are not transferable to another person, event or date.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize.
If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or SYNTHONY make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any component of a prize, with an alternative of equal or greater value.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for qualifying transactions that are not correctly recorded or attributed to the promotion as a result of technical failure, ticketing system error, communications failure or other circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
SYNTHONY and/or its authorised ticketing providers will process purchase information as necessary to identify eligible entries, conduct or facilitate the prize draw and contact winners in accordance with their applicable privacy policies.
Where a winner’s personal information is subsequently provided to Air New Zealand for the purpose of prize administration or fulfilment, Air New Zealand will process that information only as necessary for those purposes and in accordance with Air New Zealand’s Privacy Statement at https://www.airnewzealand.co.uk/privacy.
