Ticketing
Are Child tickets available and what are the details?
Children between the ages of 3-17 years of age can access a Children’s GA ticket for $79 including GST. Children under the age of 2 years old do not require a ticket.
Yes, please contact su*****@fl*****.nz to purchase. One complimentary companion ticket can be provided if required.

To upgrade your tickets, please purchase the new ticket type you want, then send the confirmation numbers for both bookings to Flicket Support at su*****@fl*****.nz and they will organise a refund for your initial booking (less card processing and ticket booking fees).

A maximum of 40 tickets can be purchased in one transaction. If you would like to purchase a larger group of tickets, please email sy******@sy******.com and the team will be able to assist you.

If tickets are not sold out prior, they will be available to be purchased at the Event, via a QR code, however we would recommend getting your tickets in advance so that you don’t miss out.

General Admission including children’s tickets, Premium GA, VIP and VVIP tickets are all available. General Admission tickets are All Ages. Premium GA, VIP and VVIP tickets are R18.

Getting to / from the event
Is there parking?
There is no parking available onsite and many road closures around the Auckland Domain, so we recommend ride-share services or public transport.

Integrated ticketing that includes complimentary public transport is unfortunately not applicable for this event however, complimentary buses to specific drop off locations in the City will be available when departing the festival. Full details will be provided closer to the Event.
Event day
When do gates open?
Gates open at 3.00pm. Event ends at 11.00pm.
Full set times will be provided closer to the event, but the first Act will begin from 3.00pm.
While gates will remain open for the duration of the Event, we do recommend arriving early to avoid queues and to ensure you get the best spot in front of the stage.
No pass outs will be allowed.
Entry to the Event will be granted upon presentation of a valid Event Ticket at the Venue. Your Event Ticket can only be scanned into the Venue once and no pass outs (leaving the Venue and coming back in) will be allowed. A valid form of ID will also be required. For any patron under the age of 18 years old, a parent or guardian must attend the Event with them, this is non-negotiable.
We recommend appropriate clothing and footwear be worn at all times at the Venue. Any person wearing no shoes, studded clothing, or other clothing items which pose a safety threat or may otherwise cause offense, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, may be refused entry or evicted from the Event.
No pets allowed.
Empty plastic or stainless-steel water bottles (no glass) and low fold-up camping chairs and picnic blankets are permitted into the Venue and are encouraged.

Yes, however, areas at the Event Site may be designated as non-smoking areas and you must comply with any such designation. No smoking is permitted in any indoor or undercover area of the Event Site or in, or within 4 metres of any dining or food service area. Smoking includes but is not limited to smoking or use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and vaporisers. 

Complimentary water will be available via the multiple hydration stations placed around the festival site, so please feel free to bring an empty plastic or stainless-steel drink bottle to fill up throughout the day. There will also be bottled water available for sale.

All lost property will be taken to the Main Entrance gates and looked after by security during the Event. Once the event has concluded, please email sy******@sy******.com for any lost property queries and if the lost item has been found, items can be collected from the Venue, the following day.
